Surprised and delighted

I am a natural born cynic but was feeling very run down from increased working hours and stress. A friend was annoying evangelical about Inessa and I independently looked at articles from lots of respected publications which praised the brand. So I thought while it might not work, it wouldn't hurt.

I use the Advanced Daily BIOTEC and Advanced Multivitamin and can honestly say I noticed a significant improvement in energy levels, digestion and overall wellness. I have tried other multi-vits that didn't result in a noticable change. These are more expensive but by I realised how important it is to invest in yourself with quality products. I will be rebuying and exploring some of their other options.

Lifesaver

I started taking Inessa Advanced Multivitamin back in November 2019. A year and a half earlier I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and nothing really helped to get me better. Through a friend I got introduced to the lovely founder of Inessa. After talking to her she recommended the Advanced Daily Multivitamin together with the Advanced Omega and Advanced Daily Biotic. What can I say since then my health improved tremendously and I got my life back. No more relapses just constant improvement. So for me never again without them!

These are actually like magic

I am a 49 year old menopausal woman, suffering with all the usual complaints, anxiety, sleep issues, aching joints etc. I've been taking the multivitamins for just over a month now and there have been some real subtle changes to my symptoms. I feel more awake and energetic, I am sleeping really well at night time and don't feel so exhausted in the day. Somehow my joints don't feel so achy, it's not such a struggle to get out of bed and I'm not sure if it's because of the vitamins, or because I'm getting enough sleep but I have felt less anxious this month than I have in a very long time. I will be placing another order for these as I do not want to ever run out!

After being treated with antibiotics my digestive systems seamed to breakdown. In desperation tried Inessa multivitamins and mineral supplements also probiotics,they have virtually saved my life. Best probiotic I’ve used!

This really is an effective probiotic, I’ve suffered with IBS symptoms for years but since starting this I feel back to my old self!

Great ingredients, unpleasant smell

I love the ingredients and how they contain folate, coQ10 etc but wow the smell is so eggy/sulphury and it repeats on me. Being pregnant this is making me feel very sick so I think I will have to change brands until the nausea wears off!

IBD (Colitis) Sufferer - Flare up

I have recently been going through a relatively aggressive flare up with my colitis, so much so that my IBD Team recommended that I change treatments. While figuring out the right dosage/frequency of my treatments BioSoothe has helped settle my colitis to such a great extent. When I have a \"rough\" day with my IBD, I take 2 capsules for around 4 days straight and start to notice the effect the following the first day (the additional double doses keep me in a better place for longer). I had been experimenting with a 1 capsule maintenance dose in the meantime which remains effective for me, giving the double dose option when I need that 'boost'.

I take the BioSoothe with the Advanced Multivit and the Probiotic Complex. Since introducing these products into my routine I have noticed such a great improvement. I am now exercising more, worrying about food tolerances less, and overall have a happier sense of wellbeing. This, combined with my medical treatment, has taken me from hospital bed to living a (relatively) normal life again. Thank you!

IBS-tastic

I have struggled over the years to find anything that would help my IBS and mine is almost daily symptoms and can often be crippling. Being constantly bloated and unimaginable painful cramps almost daily is unbearable, to the point that I sometime dread the idea of eating for fear of the pain that is about to ensue. I have tried so many different things from prescribed options, to food products with cultures in them, to different probiotic tablet options, to diet changes, to fibre tablets, even been put on anti-depressants as a form of pain management (not for depression) and I haven't been able to find just one that helps. I can't say whether these little pills are the whole reason that my symptoms have eased but combined with an adjusted diet (monitoring FODMAP intake - goodbye onions and garlic and about a hundred gazillion other things), drinking more water (anyone else find it hard to drink nearly 2 ltrs a day or is it just me), adding Linseeds to food (may as well become a bird) and eating 2 Kiwi's a day (and some other tips and hints from the dietician), these little gut friendly pills seem to be playing a significant part in helping my symptoms. They do take time to kick in so don't expect miracles from day 1 (or even week 1) but nearly 4 weeks in and something seems to be changing for the better. I really hope these are the answer to my IBS nightmare. Thank you Inessa for these IBS friendly magic pills - I think you are my key to a hopefully an IBS improved life.

God send product

I was struggling with a serious flare up I could hardly eat anything without being super bloated and in pain. Then this was recommended to me. My initial thoughts were, ok let's give this one a go and see if it's any better than the last 5 products you took. After taking the tablets daily for 3 month I noticed that the pain was gone and the bloating barley noticeable! Due to my illness I'll probably always be dealing with some sort of bloating but this supplement helped tremendously! Only supplement that works for me. Give it a try and see for yourself.

SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!

Fast recovery

Being diagnosed with a chronic illness that screws up my gut I'll just let the inflammation numbers speak for me on this one. Before taking BioSoothe the levels were at round about 1500, 6 month later the doctor told me that my recovery was amazing and the levels went down to 75. Having tried various different things before that didn't make a difference I was happy to finally hear I'm ok again. Thank you Inessa for helping me recover with your amazing products!

Feel so much better

Guts back to normal if a little noisier

This supplement seems to have got my gut back on track after a few weeks of IBS flaring up. Taking them with water about an hour before getting up seems to work best for me as opposed to having them with breakfast. Things are somewhat noisier now but back on track nonetheless. I’ve also noticed any digestive upset seems to resolve itself much quicker with these and is contained to a single day rather than dragging on like things used to. As much as the cheaper product is also attractive, being just the one strain, I’ll be sticking on these for a while.

Please believe the hype!

My painful bloating symptoms occurred after almost every meal but since I started taking these, I have noticed a HUGE difference and it's only been a week or so. Less bloating, more regular bowel movement and just overall relief. It's helped so much I am putting my private consultation with a gastroenterologist on hold until further notice. Came back to see what other health benefits Inessa can offer me!

This is an excellent product which quiets the guts. I will reorder this particular brand. It's nice when you don't have to keep searching.

The ABC of IBS

I have had bowel problems for about 4 years. Diets and various medications have not been helpful. I saw reviews of Inessa's Advanced Biotic complex, and spoke to an Inessa nutritionist, who gave me helpful advice, but indicated that the effects of ABC might take 3 months or more. I have taken them for 2 months with only a slight improvement but I am still hopeful for a more lasting effect.

I have tried all sorts of probiotics and prebiotics with little change. I have IBS and Diverticular disease, gluten intolerant .. the list goes on. But these are a game changer.. after two weeks I feel so much better .. no gas, no bloating, no tiredness and I swear they also help my arthritis by keeping my gut on track. Yes they are expensive but less than a pound a day is worth it. Ive just bought my second lot. Thank you Inessa-game changing.

I have been using Inessa Multivitamins for a while now, and I love it! My body gets used to medications quickly and after a while, I stopped seeing an impact but it's different with Inessa Multivitamins.

Biosoothe is an amazing product

It has really helped soothe my gut in that I no longer suffer from stomach cramps and bloating plus has helped with my constipation. I won’t be without it. But you do need to be consistent with it and drink plenty of water.

They are ok

I have had two packs now so I can say it is not a fluke there are not actually 30 tablets but in fact 29 so there will always be a day where you have to take 1 tablet instead of 2, considering these cost quite a bit of money there could be some extra checking to ensure customer have the correct amount they are paying for. The smell and taste is really bad and there seems to be no way around it, as soon as I open the bottle the smell does stay in the room for some time, I also have to take the tablets with juice just to cover the taste. Other than that there is nothing bad about it.

Excellent quality capsule in pure form

Great tablets overall. Pleased that they have a varied selection of vitamins and minerals. I purchased specifically as they had COQ10 and foliate as opposed to folic acid. However I now realise need a lot more of COQ10 and am purchasing these separately. They are suitable for vegetarian/ vegans even if they are capsule which is great. I am taking these even though I am only trying to conceive and not pregnant. You can see they are a high quality capsule. Only reason for 4 stars is the smell can be off putting, and I'm not even expecting much less for a pregnant lady who has heightened smell it may be nauseating.

Great natural vitamins

As a person in their late 30’s trying to conceive I knew it was going to be a journey, so I was looking for vitamins that were as natural as possible and had a levels of everything I could need. These are great, I have them on the monthly subscription so I don’t have to remember to reorder. Customer service is excellent.
